services. Clients remain responsible for their own Amazon account, compliance with Amazon’s policies, and all applicable laws.
Fees, scope, and payment terms are agreed in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise stated, fees are due as set out in your individual agreement.
We are committed to delivering high-quality work and doing everything within our control to grow your brand. However, Amazon results depend on many factors outside our control — including competition, Amazon’s algorithms and policies, product quality, pricing, and market demand. We therefore do not guarantee specific sales, rankings, revenue, or timeframes. Any figures or case studies shown are examples of past work and are not a promise of future results.
Work we create for you (such as images, copy, and content) becomes yours upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Our own methods, templates, and materials remain our property.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EcomsGrowths is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or account actions taken by Amazon. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.
Either party may end the engagement in line with the terms of the individual agreement. Fees for work already performed remain payable.
